Desktop Support Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and troubleshoot user's technical issues
  • Assist users with computer and connectivity issues.
  • Monitor and response to incoming tickets
  • Document the setup and resolution.
  • Work with other team members to resolve/escalate the issue.
  • Travel to client site for onsite support as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
  • Have Associated degree or higher in relevant field
  • Familiar with Microsoft Active Directory, Networking technologies and TCP/IP.
  • Experience with troubleshooting of hardware/software issues.
  • Must have a reliable transportation
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Great communicator and team player
  • Ability to follow instructions and come up with recommendations as needed.
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 60 ibs.
